Countdown to Christmas- Day Fifteen! Featured today is 2006 Happy Holidays Bob Mackie Barbie- they truly hit the mark out of the park with this lovely doll. I do not yet have 2005 Happy Holidays as I am still looking for a good price with reasonable shipping on that doll. This lovely lady features the Bob Mackie facemold, one of my personal favorites, with black velvet gown that seems to be based on Russian regalia/ coronation robes, studded with faux gems, and her headpiece is the same, and edged with faux white fur. One of my absolute favorites. 

I think she looks amazing next to the white tree with the blue ornaments.

Happy Holidays Barbie 2006 Bob Mackie

Bob Mackie Happy Holidays Barbie 2006 arrived yesterday and though the box was in a little rough shape the doll had never been deboxed and she is really lovely. I got her for $11plus shipping on Mercari so I grabbed her. I ended up paying a total of $27 which is less than what I would have paid on Ebay or Poshmark. Shipping was a little high but I think I still got a deal on this doll. Some of the Bob Mackie dolls go a little insane on their pricing. Her eye shadow is gold glitter and that headdress reminds me a little of a Russian style design. This is one of my favorites.
