These photos of Gene and Trent in wedding attire are from the archives--I used a wedding gown from a damaged porcelain doll and tried it on Stardust Gene and it created the effect I wanted. I have always wanted to do a wedding party for my Gene dolls, with a teen-age doll like a Marley Wentworth as a bridesmaid, and some Madame Alexander Wendy dolls as Flower Girls and a ring bearer. Once I get my doll room moved and my 1:4 scale dollhouse set up for my Gene and Tonner dolls, I may just stage a wedding party in the 1:4 scale mansion I am planning, complete with wedding in progress in the parlor, reception, food, kitchen staff, maids, etc. There will be alot of sewing and doll collecting to do! LOL. And food crafting! I have so much large scale Bespaq and I have always wanted a large scale dollhouse to display it all, but there is no room in my current dollroom. Hoping to change that in the upcoming year or so. Enjoy the photos, more to come in the month of June, celebrating brides.
