Preparing for Halloween...

I am beginning to get back into the diorama building and setting up the Gothic Mansion Dark Hollows in my studio for some massive Halloween diorama pics. This time it is going to be altered to have the staircase and the adjoining graveyard and abandoned chapel which will be spooky.... for a Halloween party.

Here are some fun shots I played with on picmonkey with Zombie bride yesterday when I was setting up the tables. I have some building to do with walls and such and the props to set up for the party.

and behind the scenes shots....

Morticia is inspecting the placement of the tombs and tombstones in the cemetary....

So far so good, it just needs some trees, greenery, and other foliage to make it believable.

thank you! I was too busy to get by there today and work on the upper floor with the staircase for the mansion. Setting it up is cumbersome since it is so huge. I am using both of its side walls together on one side this time, and making it longer with room for a stage for a band. Hopefully my grandiose plans will come about!

It's coming along nicely! I guess that's what you can do with the PicMonkey upgrade. I've never tried it, but your pictures make it very tempting.

Thanks for sharing both the behind the screens and the basic Halloween folders. Gonna have fun seeing the rest of your set!

thank you. No Betty, I use the free picmonkey, never use the upgrade or have paid for picmonkey yet. Go into the themes and there are lots of layers and effects you can use. I used the Demons effects to get the bats and shading on these pics.

Right now I need to get time to lug more dolls and props and foliage over there and work on the gothic mansion set up.
