Welcome...to the 8th Annual Mad Hatter's Tea Party!

The dolls have been waiting and are oh so mad to kill time and drink tea...

Alice has stumbled into a strange world where animals talk, cake makes you shrink and grow, Hatters are mad.....

As she wanders into this strange tea party, let's follow...and see if we can join her...in Wonderland and forget our cares of being on time, and paying bills, and leave real world cares behind...

And drink tea and eat lovely tea cakes and tiny candies with warm piggies at our feet.....

Unbothered by needless cares of the outside world....

Alice has stumbled into a strange tea party with the White Queen, the Red Queen, the Mad Hatter and the Doormouse having tea in a rather unusual room..where time has been killed....but tea still 'reigns'...

'You mustn't be late'....says the White Queen' It will make your tea dreadfully cold,'

The Red Queen is less forgiving. 'Off with your head if you cannot be on time!'
"Isn't that a little extreme for tea? I did not know the time...and you did
not send me an invitation....." Alice says..
"By Jove, she is right!" exclaims the Hatter. 'Tell me Alice, why is a raven like a writing desk?'
'Oh enough of your silliness. Very well. But don't eat my TARTS!' She yells rudely.
'Oh dear Lizibette, you do go on...invite that young lady to tea, there is plenty here. Do sit down and have some tea Alice!'
Yes Alice, do!
And so Alice has tea with all sorts of delicious crumpets and tea cakes, and listens to all sorts of fantastic conversations that she never dreamed of hearing before, which was quite pleasant and made her feel quite grown up and if she wasn't mad, even though she was quite sure everyone at the table was, because most people did not wear crowns to the table at tea...

Don't forget to visit A Fanciful Twist for their 8th Annual Mad Hatter's Tea Party

Where you can visit other participating blogs and 'blog-hop' with the white rabbit and other 'Alices' on this Mad day at other tea parties...leave your blog link in the comments, to say you were here, so we can visit too, for a couple of days...I will respond and reciprocate with some tea and cakes, and TARTS!
And so, we leave them to their tea in Wonderland, far far away....I hope you have enjoyed my 1:6 scale Mad Hatter's tea party.

thank you all for your wonderful comments, I will try and visit all of your blogs-
Magaly Guerrero, the Red Queen's dress is by Integrity Toys, the same company who manufactured her. The designer who came out with the dolls is Jason Wu, who started out making fashion dolls before he started in Haute courture. He also designed Michelle Obama's inaugraul ballgown, both times. But before that, he began designing fashion dolls with Integrity toys at the age of 16 and still does. www.integritytoys.com

Whoa! This is so interesting. I remember the time when I used to play with my dolls. I actually took them everywhere. There was a party in one of the San Francisco venues and I took two of my dolls along. Everybody was laughing at me for some reason.
