Having fun with Ironman....

As some of you may have noticed, I have a quirky sense of humor. Recently, I have become somewhat enthralled with not only the superhero movies of Ironman- I own all three ! But the Avengers as well. I have tried to put my willpower to not allowing myself to watch S.H.I.E.L.D. but to no avail...lol I think part of my recent fascination is my memory of buying comic books and watching Batman and Wonder Woman in the 70's when I was a kid, as well as Shazaam! & 'Oh Mighty Isis' which came in a two part show. Now, I blame it on Hot Toys for coming out with simply AMAZING head sculpts and accessories from these movies. If it can be believed, these action figures are MORE expensive than Fashion Royalty dolls!
I have long wanted to purchase the House Party Protocol and one of the Hot Toys Ironman suits for Tony's workshop--- but I simply can't afford it. Today I gave in and purchased the cheapo plastic Ironman at Walmart for $9.97. I was wondering if I couldn't figure out how to build the placements for his workshop out of something similar...
Anyhow, today I had a few pics fun. I think Ironman 3 was one of the best, but I like all three. I haven't yet seen the Avengers, and I'm trying not to as I have been tempted to buy the heads and find bodies later!

High Visibility Agnes looks like Pepper Potts with her hair up. I couldn't resist this picture- " Put it there on with a crow bar, babe,"

"Woah, where are my doughnuts? Jarvis, we need to recalibrate this one, he forgot my wristwatch- it's a special limited edition Hello Kitty one- and the doughnuts. "
Poppy appears to be nonplussed to seeing Ironman at her bakery...

Special delivery! Poppy still doesn't look happy as the doughnuts weren't purchased from her!

Enjoy! LOL...

I am like you. I love the super hero movies. I have all 3 Iron Man movies and 2 of the Avengers movies and my daughter has Captain America and Thor.

I know what you mean about those Hot Toys figures and the cost! Have to sell your first born to get some of those guys, but they are pretty amazing as far as the headsculpts and accessories.

Agnes' expression as she contemplates Iron Man is sooooo Pepper Potts.

LOL...Thanks everyone!
Like most Fashion doll collectors, I have given into the Hot Toys and Sideshow, along with DID & Dragon figures. Hot Toys I call the cadillac of action figures...especially the prices. I bought the Tony Stark head and the Kumik body on ebay cheap. Now I am scoring ebay for more heads and bodies, as my ladies like 'real' looking hunks. Hot toys has come out with the different suits aand House Party protocol, which is the different places in Ironman 3 in his workshop where all the different suits were stored in his workshop. I literally SALIVATE over the accessories and tools..oh if I had an unlimited wallet I would be so action figure dangerous!! lol...
