My new registration Glamour Pink! Poppy Parker doll came in and with all the other dolls demanding attention, I just got around to opening the box. She is stunning- and all of that pepto-bismal pink loveliness, lol. David Butry has outdid himself on the details. I have not yet de-boxed her but took quick photos of her box and accessories.
I have two other Poppy Parkers that I have not taken out of their boxes, Star Muse Poppy Parker and Cheer Me Up! Poppy Parker. So this will be a week of Poppy Parker De-boxing! Below is Star Muse- I purchased this doll because it reminded me of being a teenager in the 1980s- especially with the roller skates!
Next up is Cheer Me Up! Poppy Parker. I have had these last two dolls for several months- really since last year and have not got around to de-boxing them. Sometimes I put aside special dolls to have a doll to de-box for a special occasion when I am feeling down, sad, as a pick-me-up. With the events going on after the tragedy of the Charlie Kirk shooting, I especially feel the need to turn to my hobby in this time of sadness.
Please enjoy the photos- and look forward to the next blog entries of the dolls being set up in the scenes to come! I think my roller skater and cheerleader will look great with the mystery date couples in the diner!
