New 1:6 scale Easter "Peeps" Cakes and a Commission

I have some new cakes to share that I have created, as well as a commission I created for a friend who needed table gifts for the upcoming GAW Convention. She wanted my Easter Egg 'Nest' cakes, and below is a photo of the finished project.

She needed 9 cakes for the nine guests at her table. I made three of each color, pink, yellow and blue.

I also created some new Easter cakes, with Easter "Peeps" Chicks in a little nest like the eggs, only like the candy Peeps. I am also going to try for a chocolate bunny on top of the cake. Still experimenting with that.

A Few closeups of the peeps that have not yet been placed on new cakes.

Wizard of Oz Kelly & Tommy set

This adorable little set came in the mail today. I found it on Mercari , a selling site and it was used but came with all of the accessories. Dorothy even had her basket, shoes, and Toto! Tin Man even had both his little ax and his oil can. They had all been displayed, hair was a little awry but they were in mint condition. I could not beat the price with free shipping.

They are simply all adorable. My next move will to be purchasing tiny little stands for them. The lion fell a couple of times and I had to fish him out of my flower bed for this photo shoot. I wanted a yellow field/yellow brick road feel to this photo shoot and the wheat field across the road from my house gave that Kansas look/ to these little cuties.

Tiny cars....

With the holiday season there are so many cute photos of dolls, doing holiday things.
One of my friends on Facebook and Flicker had purchased these Hallmark Kiddie car classics for her tiny bjd's. Of course, Wren had to have the happy jingle bells firetruck.

She is sickenly cute in it, it matches her little pj's I made for her. I'm thinking of taking off her wig and putting a little green cap on that I made, and then she would match it.
It also fits Tommy and Kelly, Liddle Kiddles and Felix Brownies or Puki Pukis.

Tommy didn't fit all the way in because of his shoes. The other Kiddie Classics fit the tiny dolls better. Here is an example of Amelia Thimble in kiddie classic
Just too cute for words. Hallmark ornaments make great props for the tinies and also make great toys for a 1:6 scale toy shop.  I would love to do a 1:6 scale dollhouse/miniature shop in my town. sigh, so many dioramas to build, so little room!!
Been very busy so it's been hard to take many Christmas photos, and I am reluctant to take down Santa's library/study just yet. I have wanted to do another video but during the week it will be tough. All for now-
