Suited to Travel Poppy Parker

Since receiving this doll last year, I have never given her alot of camera time, nor redressed her or played with her very much. She is lovely and one thing I have been doing lately is pulling dolls off the shelf - randomly- and taking photos of them in the spare hour or two here and there.It is relaxing, fun, and gives me something new and fresh to blog about. 

I paired her up with some of the new luggage we received last year as well, and she looks fabulous. Looks like she has arrived in the lobby of some retro hotel with her pugs in tow, with not a hair out of place.

Suited to Travel Poppy Parker has arrived! And I have pics!

 She is perfectly lovely, and well worth the wait. She comes with two sets of hands, one of them 'gloved', two sets of jewelry, a travel bag, and extra floral skirt, a purse, and is simply gorgeous. She reminds me of Barbara from PBS new tv show Funny Woman. This 1960's look is why I collect Poppy and this style of bygone fashion.  Some of the newer fashions of the Fashion Royalty dolls that the W Club puts out on the newer dolls just does not appeal to me and why my purchases are few and far between now.
