Some new Miniature foods!

I have been creating some new Miniature foods for sale. They are in my Ebay store  Pumpkin Hill Studios in the Doll Food Catagory . 

Here are some of the new items listed. These items are also scaled to fit Byers Choice Carolers if you collect those unique figures as well. 

First up is the 1:6 scale Hot Dogs & French Fries Set

All the french fries are individually seperate, hand colored, sculpted, and moveable on the plate, nothing is glued down, so you can stage it in the dolls' hand, or on the plate, or in on another plate if you prefer. 'Mustard' is on the hot dog, and the buns are hand colored as well to get the color of the bread just right. Perfect set for upcoming Fourth of July. 

I am working on more hot dogs , and hamburgers as well with fries and onion rings so stay on the look out for more. These take time to get just right. 

This is a 1:6 scale Bread Board with 2 loaves of bread & knife

Just listed, this includes 1 Cut loaf of bread, 1 uncut loaf of bread, 1 wooden bread board, stained, 1 knife. Very nice little piece for your kitchen, period scene, etc. I am working on larger bread boards, especially for the big girls like Gene/. Tonner and American Girls.

World Doll Day 2021

 

Celebrate World Doll Day on June 12. 2021 the 35th anniversary of World Doll Day by Sharing /Giving a Doll to someone special. 

The First World Doll Day was June 14th, 1986 with a letter by Mildred Seeley & created to spread a universal message of happiness & love through dolls…

We join together on the 2nd Saturday in June to celebrate our love for dolls.  This is also a great way to remember the founder of World Doll Day, Mildred Seeley, for starting this special day in June of 1986. 

So have fun today and share some dolls, doll photos of the past, present and future.  Here are some of my dolls- a blast from the past of the archives!

June is for Weddings- Part 2

 I did another take on weddings with the reproduction wedding dress, this time on Fluer Poppy Parker and wedding Ken and flowers scattered all about. I always thought this Poppy- who I have nicknamed Ellie Mae Poppy (After Ellie Mae Clampett on the Beverly Hillbillies) was lovely as a bride. I have another wedding shoot in the works, I am just busy working on miniature foods right now. Be sure to check out my ebay store if you need cakes and breads. I will be creating hot dogs and hamburgers with fries too. 

Byers Choice figures- and new Cakes

 

I recently was lucky enough to win a lot of Byers Choice Carolers on Ebay, and I have been wanting some of these for so long! Ever since I have been going to Williamsburg, where I would see them at the Visitor center boutique, and the Yankee Candle store, as well as the Christmas Mouse, I have lusted after these collectible dolls/figures. As well as their props!! They are just as expensive as a collectible Silkstone Barbie or Poppy Parker individually so to win a lot of them at the price I did I was thrilled.

I am hoping to include a more variety of plain, iced cakes with doilies like the one behind the two Christmas cakes. Trying this for staging purposes to see how it looks on my little Christmas stall!

The two Valentine's cakes are already listed in my Ebay store, one is listed as 1:4 scale - the one with the two heart shaped cookies next to the cake slice with the raspberries on top, but this cake would work well for Byer's Choice ( #Byerschoicecarolers ) as well or Barbie too, it would just a little large. 

The other one, the bundt cake, comes with four heart shaped iced cookies. 

Both cakes come with doilies.
