Wedding cake in 1:6 scale with Pink Roses

This is another tiered stacked 1:6 scale wedding cake I created only this time with two single pink roses, with leaves. The white wedding cake had more roses. I have wanted to do more complicated wedding cakes, am still looking for the supplies or ornaments like the wedding cake toppers or experimenting on creating my own to do those.

1:6 scale White Wedding Cake

I recently created this three tiered stacked White wedding cake in 1:6 scale, with white roses and leaves. For a quick creation, it turned out fairly well.

Gene Marshall and Trent- I Do..

These photos of Gene and Trent in wedding attire are from the archives--I used a wedding gown from a damaged porcelain doll and tried it on Stardust Gene and it created the effect I wanted. I have always wanted to do a wedding party for my Gene dolls, with a teen-age doll like a Marley Wentworth as a bridesmaid, and some Madame Alexander Wendy dolls as Flower Girls and a ring bearer. Once I get my doll room moved and my 1:4 scale dollhouse set up for my Gene and Tonner dolls, I may just stage a wedding party in the 1:4 scale mansion I am planning, complete with wedding in progress in the parlor, reception, food, kitchen staff, maids, etc. There will be alot of sewing and doll collecting to do! LOL. And food crafting! I have so much large scale Bespaq and I have always wanted a large scale dollhouse to display it all, but there is no room in my current dollroom. Hoping to change that in the upcoming year or so.

Enjoy the photos, more to come in the month of June, celebrating brides.
