De-boxing of Happy Holidays Barbie and Ken 2025

I have photos of the Happy Holidays Barbie & Ken 2025 dolls! I also de-boxed Happy Holidays Barbie 2008- but that is for another blog post. These dolls both stands, which I was pleased with. 

These were taken without the lights on, and the last with the light on. The redhead has stiff arms, I really wish they would return to the details of the early 2000's on their faces, as both of these dolls are a little above playline. 

Ken is shown here without his stand, but Barbie is on hers, underneath her gown. Though I admit I was excited about these two- and the excitement will probably return when I begin to work on the Christmas card scenes for this year- it really leaves me feeling blah with those arms straight down by her side like a mannequin. Happy Holidays 2025 Barbie & Ken!

They arrived yesterday from Barbie Collector website and I am so excited! I have not de-boxed them for photos, but they are very lovely. 

I chose the redhead and the blonde Ken, last year I did not get the special edition redhead doll. I have waited too long and the price went up on the website for the Barbies- from $33 to $49. However, the Ken dolls are still $33 on the website, with the Hispanic and Asian holiday Kens being sold out. The AA and Caucasian dolls still available. I have not shopped on the other websites as I imagine the prices are more.
